Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Perishable goods, digital products, and personalised items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders.
  2. Select the order and click Request Return.
  3. Choose the reason for return and submit.
  4. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
