Orders & Payments
- How do I place an order? Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your address, and complete payment.
- What payment methods are accepted? We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
- How do I track my order? Go to My Account → Orders to see live status and tracking details.
- Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Go to My Account → Orders and click Cancel.
Returns & Refunds
- What is the return window? Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping
- How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
- Is free shipping available? Yes — orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping.
